1. Scope of Service
ApprovaVisa provides an automated biometric photo formatting, background leveling, and ICAO Doc 9303 compliance validation tool for passport, visa, and identification document applications. ApprovaVisa is an independent technical service and is not affiliated with any government agency or embassy.
2. User Obligations
Users agree to submit only authentic, unedited photographs of themselves or individuals for whom they have explicit legal authorization. You agree not to submit fraudulent, deceptive, or copyrighted imagery belonging to third parties.
3. One-Time Payment Model
Services are rendered on a per-transaction basis. There are no recurring monthly subscriptions or hidden charges. Once an order is paid, download access is available immediately and remains active for 24 hours on Standard or 7 days on Premium, measured from payment confirmation.
4. Photo Checks and Refunds
ApprovaVisa is an independent service and is not affiliated with any government. Our automated checks compare your photo with the published requirements we have recorded for the selected document, but the receiving authority alone decides whether a photo is accepted, and we cannot guarantee that decision. If an official office rejects a photo for a photo-rule reason, the conditions in our Refund Policy apply.
5. Who Provides This Service
ApprovaVisa is operated by Arif Ali, an individual (sole proprietor) based at Ahmamau, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh 226002, India. ApprovaVisa is not a registered company and is not affiliated with any government, embassy or passport office.
